Our geriatricians Dr Ahmed Hassan and Dr Dev Verick specialise in the care and treatment of illness pertinent to their elderly patients.

A holistic approach enables ours doctors to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health medical specialists, ensuring their patients are always supported in every means possible.

Our doctors implement a four-step intervention process that follows each patient's prognosis, treatment, management and prevention of illness.

Their main areas of interest include dementia, management of falls, polypharmacy, capacity assessment for elderly patients suffering from dementia as well as management of movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Ghada Abd Elbaky is a consultant psychiatrist practicing at the Macarthur Consulting Suites with admitting rights also at Northside Macarthur Hospital. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, she integrates an evidence-based and patient-focused approach to her services.

HOME VISITS
Patients are encouraged to attend the surgery during our standard operating hours. However, doctors recognise that exceptional circumstances may make this impossible, and can make home visits. The availability of this service is dependent on both patient load at the surgery and the patient's particular circumstances. Please call 4603 1210 and speak with one of our friendly staff for more information.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?
As our clinic is a specialist practice, we only accept appointments that have been referred by your GP or specialist. Please ensure that you bring your referral to your appointment, or have your doctor fax it to (02) 4603 1208. Once you have your referral, our team will ensure you are booked for an appointment at your earliest convenience.
HOW DO I GET A REFERRAL?
Please visit your local GP or specialist, asking for an appointment with any of our experienced medical staff. For peace of mind, we recommend asking your doctor to fax your referral to our clinic on (02) 4603 1208. Afterwards, call our clinic on (02) 4603 1210Â to book an appointment.
